When is Duty Charged?
Custom fees are charged on packages that value US$100.00 and above.
How do I track my shipments?
The moment your package arrives at any of our global hubs, it is scanned into our system. You will receive an automated email and can log into your dashboard for live status.
My package appeared to be open, why?
All packages coming through Jamaica Customs are subjected to being opened and inspected by a customs officer to verify invoices. They are resealed using cello tape.
Jamaica Customs Guidelines (Shopper Tips)
- Banned Items: Firearms, ammunition, illicit drugs, toy guns, pepper spray, and hazardous materials.
- Requires License: Drones, commercial quantities of goods, meats, and certain electronics (requires regulatory approval).
